A practical consumer will use their common sense and cents in buying a product that is truly worth their every penny. Unfortunately, this product does not fit the bill for the perfect buy. The producers L'Oreal Youth Code Daily Treatment Eye Cream claims that they have invested over 10 years of extensive research to come up with a product that effectively rejuvenates the skin around the eyes to help you restore your youthful looks. The product comes with a unique metal applicator which dispenses the cream and helps in faster absorption by gently massaging the skin around the eyes. It is supposed to reduce stress signs, wrinkles, eye bags, and aging skin around your orbs. It works as a powerful moisturizer that encourages your skin's natural regenerating powers resulting to younger looking skin around the eyes.
Here's what it has going for it:
- Fragrance free
- Non-greasy
- Dermatologically tested for mildness
- Tested by Ophthalmologists
- The ingredients are known to boost collagen
- Regenerates skin around eyes for youthful look
Other factors to consider:
- only 0.5 fl oz – not enough product content
- can cause eye irritation
- does not work for everyone and for all skin types
- the smell is not pleasant for everyone
- takes time to show results
How It Works: Although in some websites, this product is sold for less than the $24.99 retail price, the tube and its contents are not enough to satisfy the customer. There are no money back guarantees and it does not indicate that it has FDA approval. Some people attest that it works but what is very significant about it is that it took several weeks and even months to show dramatic results. Other users swear that it did not do anything for them and even caused rashes, irritation and skin bumps.
Directions for Use: Apply one to three drops over your face and neck, smoothing gently until thoroughly absorbed. For best results, use in the morning and evening in conjunction with other Youth Code products.

Recommendation: I would not recommend this and these are my reasons why.
The producers of this eye cream claim that it was subjected to dermatological and ophthalmologist testing but the true gauge that it is really safe is for it to have FDA approval.
Even with daily use of the product, it will take more than a month for you to see any significant results and you will end up having to buy another tube just to see if it really works. Through its customer's testimonials, it is proven that it doesn't work for everybody and it has existing side effects. So use your common sense and keep your cents – Do Not Buy!
